This 38-unit building was originally built in 1915 to function as a produce market, but was converted to a condominium in 2002.  The building is located in the artistic north quadrant and occupies the 2nd and 3rd stories above commercial units on the 1st floor.
 
The units have lofted ceilings, hardwood floors, and original architecture.  The building has an exercise room and allows pets with some limitations, and is close to major highways.
