Established in 1988 as a corporation to manage the partner’s investments in real estate, HBG has grown into a fee based management company in the areas of multi-family residential, commercial asset, development consulting and brokerage.
Today, Halverson Blaiser Group, LTD., manages more than 5,000 units of multi-family housing and a number of selective commercial properties including office, retail and restaurant space. In addition to providing fee based management for its clients, Halverson and Blaiser Group LTD., continues to acquire property for itself and its equity partners.
