About the Development
Known as one of Downtown St. Paul’s mainstays, this 20-story building was once the city’s tallest building for many years. The building was completed in 1968 and served as the Ecolab Corporate Center for decades until the company purchased the Travelers headquarters and relocated a few blocks away.
Osborn370 has been reborn into an innovation business hub with active and collaborative work environments.
