The Lowry Building was built in 1911 by Thomas Lowry.  At that time and now, it remains one of the architecturally premier buildings in downtown St. Paul.  In 2004, the 13 story building was converted to 134 upscale condo units and 100,000 square feet of commercial, restaurant and retail space.
